Delete your account

Step 1 of 2 — Enter the email associated with your Throughline account. We'll send a one-time confirmation code that will be used in Step 2.

You can also start this process in the app:More → My Profile → Delete Account.

This permanently deletes your administrator account, student profiles, and associated data. It cannot be undone.

Subscription billing is managed by Apple or Google. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription.
